International Plant Genetic Resources Institute IPGRI)
Multilingual site focused on preserving genetic diversity worldwide. Extensive information and links.

Primal Seeds
"Primal Seeds is compiling a database of information on sound agriculture and small scale farming." It appears that they have already made a very good start.

Along with promoting it's wilderness schools and primitive living, the site contains interesting information on weeds, wildflowers, and insects as a food source.
